Standard 1:

Accesses information efficiently and effectively to inquire, think critically, and gain knowledge or information.
* Recognizes the need for information.
* Formulates questions based on information needs.
* Identifies a variety of potential sources of information.
* Develops and uses successful strategies for locating information.
* Seeks information from diverse sources, contexts, disciplines and cultures.

Standard 3:

Uses information accurately, creatively, and ethically to share knowledge and participate ethically and productively as members of our democratic society.
